Verde & Rust
Project Brief
Our debut project, Verde and Rust, is rooted in nature and in the story of beginnings. Verde, the word for “green” across many Romance languages, represents not only the richness of greenery and seasons of renewal, but also the idea of being unripe, fresh, and inexperienced. We chose verde because it speaks to us: this is our first project, our entrance into the creative world. We are new, yes, but with that newness comes energy, curiosity, and the determination to create something remarkable.
Rust, on the other hand, reflects time and transformation. It is the shade of autumn leaves, of maturity, of the beauty that comes with change and endurance. Paired together, Verde and Rust symbolize the dialogue between fresh beginnings and the wisdom of what endures.
This project is our statement: though we may be “verde,” we are capable of making work that is bold, intentional, and lasting, all in the name of creativity.
